A New Year

Welcome.

This is my class blog. It will work for both General Biology and Honors Chemistry. Look at old blog posts and see what you think.

Honors Chemistry...I have 5 sections. There are two things that you'll need...when you do your back-to-school shopping.

A composition notebook is first on the list. They come with grids (graphs) or lined. I prefer the grids. They look like this, and they're really cheap. Staples, OfficeDepot, even Walmart stock them. Hard cover or soft...both work perfectly.

Second on the list is a scientific calculator. There are a million options...but you only need to ensure it says SCIENTIFIC. What do I recommend? Well, something cheap. A TI-30 from Walmart or Staples or OfficeDepot is about $10. It looks like this:
Here's the deal though...if you're taking a lot of math classes you'll probably have a more expensive TI...like an 84 or something. That'll work perfectly too. What do I use? A Hewlett Packard. If you're unsure, please feel free to email me.

General Biology...there isn't really anything you need. Honestly.

Buckle up and keep your hands inside the classroom at all times.

See you all shortly.

Body Systems

We are just finishing body systems...and this the final project for a small group of students. It's brilliant, and I love it.
